of the auction. Registering will get you a bid card. The bid card will have a number printed on it. This number is how we identify who purchases what. You must have a bidder number before you can make an offer. There is no deposit required to register. This is an advantage to attending our auctions. Many other auctions require deposits of $250 or more, secured on a credit card.

Attend the auction preview. Previews are held before the auction starts. Check the calendar for details. Find what you are looking for. See what is available. Take your time. There is no pressure. Make sure the items you are looking at are what you want and determine what the highest amount is that you are willing to pay. The preview is essential.

Be ready as the auctioneer proceeds through the auction. At this point, knowing what items you are going to bid on is essential. You should also know how much you are willing to offer on each item. The auctioneer announces that certain items will be sold next and you must be ready.

To make a bid, hold up your bid card, your hand, nod you head, or do anything that attracts the auctioneer's attention. A ring-man often stands in the crowd to help draw the attention of the auctioneer to a bidder. They can be an essential part of the auction. When a ring-man is involved do not try and talk to him. He is looking for bidders and will most likely ignore you. The auctioneer will determine the winner of the bid. Relax and have fun.

At the close of the auction or after you are finished bidding on the items you want, go to the front office to make payment on your purchases. Double check your invoice to make sure that it is correct. Your payment will include sales tax.

Payment can be made by cash, credit card or debit card after the auction.

Once you receive your invoice you can load your items. Make sure you get everything on your invoice before leaving.
